​​You, the Event Manager, covers the cost of the Coat Check for all attendees. Your attendees coat check is paid for by you, the Event/Show Management.

Fee Structure based on:
​​

1) Minimum daily fee of $560.00 based on up to an 8 hour event with up to 200 attendees.
​​

2) Additional attendee charges will apply at a rate of $2.40 per attendee after 200 person minimum guarantee.

 

3) Additional labour charges will apply after the initial eight, (8), hours & will be billed at $50.00 per hour per Attendant.

Please Note: Set-up fees of $150.00 install and $150.00 dismantle may apply.

ADDITIONAL LABOUR IS SUGGESTED IF YOU HAVE "COMPRESSED" ENTRY & EXIT.
